Who is TrueLink for?
Owners who manage many people: founders, chairmen and directors of companies, groups, family businesses and foundations. If your business runs on WhatsApp, mail and calls, and many people report to you, it is built for you.
Why is it invite-only, and how do I get access?
Every organisation is set up with its business email, its team and its connections, so we start with a conversation. Fill in the eligibility form. We review every request and reply within a few working days.
Does TrueLink send anything on its own?
No. The AI drafts mails, tasks, to-dos and reminders, but nothing runs until you tap Approve, and only your Send sends a mail. On WhatsApp, TrueLink only reads what your linked number receives. It never sends anything.
How does TrueLink use my WhatsApp?
You link a business number by scanning a QR code once. TrueLink reads what that number receives: chats, groups, voice notes, photos, documents, videos and links. You ask your questions in the TrueLink app.
Which languages can I use?
Ask in Hinglish, Hindi or English. Voice notes in Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi and English become text you can search. Spoken replies come in 11 voices, in Hindi and English, and search works across scripts and spellings.
Can I trust the answers?
Every answer shows the messages it used, and you can open each one. When TrueLink finds nothing, it says so and tells you where it looked. Answers can still be wrong, which is why the sources are always one tap away.
What does my team see? Can they read my memory?
Your staff see their own tasks, their team chat and their own mailbox. What they do in the team app flows into your memory, which they are told about and agree to when they join. The team app can never read your memory.
Where is my data kept?
The main database, your memory and the mail server are on TrueLink’s servers in India. Files, attachments, videos and encrypted backups are kept with a cloud storage provider in the United States. To answer you, the relevant parts of your records are processed by AI model providers, who may process them outside India. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Can I bring my existing email?
Yes. Settings for eleven providers are ready, including Hostinger, GoDaddy, Zoho, Google, Yahoo, Rediffmail Pro, BigRock and cPanel hosting. Every folder is copied to an encrypted backup and moved in, with 7 days of catch-up. Your old mailbox is never changed, and you can send from your old address during the move.
What are AI credits?
One credit is 100,000 tokens, the units AI models read and write. Each plan includes credits every month, and premium-mode credits for Most Intelligent answers. You can buy extra credits any time, and they never expire.
Is there a phone app?
The web app at app.truelink.ai, launching now, has everything the Companion does, and your staff use it too. Phone apps for you and your team are coming soon.
When is AI calling available?
AI calling is coming soon. Every plan already includes its share: phone numbers, call recording hours, AI answering hours and calls at once. Until then, call recordings you receive as files are transcribed into your memory.
